The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections. The next scheduled elections in Manchester will be the Municipal Primary Election and Special State Primary Election to fill a State Representive vacancy in District 14 (Ward 7). These elections will be held concurrently on September 17, 2013 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
